How do I know what size of necklace to get for my dog?
Measure around your dog’s neck (where his collar usually sits). Then add 1 to 1.5 inches to your measurement. Sizes are as follows:
 
Extra Small: Any dog under 7”
Small: 8” - 11" (Chihuahuas for instance)
Medium: 12”- 14” (Terriers for instance)
Large: 15” - 18" (Labradors for instance)
Extra Large: 19” - 22" (Great Danes for instance)
After placing my order, when can I expect to receive it?
BijouxPets processes orders within 48 hours of verification of order. We ship UPS ground (unless you specify otherwise) and your product should arrive within 10 business days after receiving your order.
Is it possible to get overnight delivery?
Standard ground delivery is $8.95. Overnight delivery is $15.95.
Is it possible to get international delivery?
At this time our sales are limited to the United States only.
What happens if the necklace gets damaged in shipping?
Each necklace is hand packed to ensure the highest control in quality. If for any reason, you received a damaged item please contact us immediately. You will be instructed to return the package with contents to us so we can file a claim with UPS and send a new necklace - usually within 2 weeks.
Can leashes attach to the necklaces?
No, the dog necklaces are not dog collars and not designed to attach to a leash.
Can tags attach to the necklaces?
Yes, tags can be carefully attached to the necklaces with standard rings.
Do I need to clean the jewelry?
No, but if it gets dirty, gently hand wash in warm water and pat towel dry.
How are the necklaces packaged?
Every necklace is comes in a white organza drawstring bag and then inserted in a tasteful, satin-white pillow pouch wrapped in colorful tissue paper.
Can I choose different colored packaging?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer alternate packaging.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes, if you need a size different than standard, please let us know the exact measurements needed when you order. There is an additional charge of $5.
What types of payment does Bijoux Pets accept?

Do you accept PayPal?

Does Bijoux Pets have any retail locations?

How are the necklaces made?
  • Our stylish necklaces are made with care by a team of Bijoux Pet artisans. We utilize only the highest in quality. For instance, we use professional bead stringing wire. This is a nylon-coated stainless steel cable. Consequently, it is strong, water proof, won’t kink and is very flexible so that it snaps back to its original shape - no matter what your dog does to it.
  • Our necklaces will tolerate up to twenty-six pounds of pressure, making them stronger than normal human jewelry. And, we take care to finish each necklace with artisan precision. For instance, with Bijoux Pets jewelry, you won’t see where the bead wire joins to the clasp. Unlike many other dog jewelry manufacturers, we hide this with crimp tubes and covers, giving each piece a truly professional and tasteful look. This also ensures that the necklace is durable.
  • Finally, we have a dedicated Quality Control group that inspects each and every necklace prior to shipping.
